infoTRON Value Engineering Services provides the necessary services for designing new products or revising an existing design.  In order to reach this goal, various project development activities are carried out taking various criteria into consideration.

Project development activities are performed considering quality, time and cost.  Product is developed with a lean manufacturing/lean organization approach.  Projects are prepared by identifying the appropriate manufacturing method, alternative material options and the alternative cost structures.

Concept designs are developed in accordance with the corporate identity and the requirements of the client. Quality, reliability and functionality are the major factors taken into consideration during this phase.  Furthermore, a drafting study is also conducted considering the manufacturability, material selection and cost.

In this phase of the project, mock-ups and prototypes are produced for the evaluation of the design. Scaled or 1/1 scale mock-ups, functional models are either produced using the actual or an alternative materials.

Prior to serial production of the product, detailed drawings, 3D models and the final technical specifications of the product are prepared for serial production. Furthermore, cost analysis of every subcomponent in the product is carried out.

In accordance with the project, quality control of manufactured products are also conducted periodically on pre-determined sampling scheme. Results of the controls are reported to the customer.
