Virtual Prototyping and Virtual Showroom Services

Virtual Product with Photorealistic Quality

infoTRON Virtual Prototyping and Virtual Showroom Services specialize in delivering virtual prototypes of industrial designs or products with completed CAD models. These virtual prototypes are then used for evaluation of the product in a virtual environment with photorealistic image quality, so that before manufacturing, various design alternatives are iterated.

Virtual Product with Photorealistic Quality

infoTRON service bureau activities, successfully delivers services for the evaluation of an industrial design or a CAD model with photorealistic image quality before manufacturing. With the software solutions used, a photorealistic image quality is attained while the product is in the design phase. The aim is to make various design iterations, to reach a decision about the most adequate product type, and, to reach the end-user with the shortest time-to-market and the lowest costs by the virtual showroom capability. Virtual prototyping and showroom applications enable the end-user to make a decision about the preferred product type, and, to create a custom made product.

What is Virtual Prototyping and Virtual Showroom?

Virtual Prototyping:

Developing technologies are used to shortenthe time required for transforming a product idea into a real product. Fast changes in the market conditions are forcing the businesses to launch the most adequate products with the shortest time-to-market. Before the virtual prototyping and virtual showroom solutions were available, designers were developing their designs with conventional methods. Some of these designs were eliminated during the design phase; some were eliminated after the production of prototypes or mock-ups. At the end of these laborious steps, final product was launched to the market. Virtual prototyping is a new phenomenon that shortens this process and brings in various innovations into the process.

Virtual Prototyping

Virtual prototyping provides an opportunity to evaluate various design options on a computer with photo realistic image quality. Different product configurations are investigated in a 3D environment with real-time, photorealistic images of 1/1 scale, and optimum product design is carried over to manufacturing.

Virtual prototyping provides an environment to make design comparisons with photorealistic images, and to see the product finish with different materials. The different material options can be integrated to the designs easily and evaluation of the integration results on a 1/1 scale, with photorealistic quality 3D images.

Virtual Prototyping

Virtual Showroom:
In industrial applications, the first parameter is the quality of the product and the second parameter which is as important as the first one is the sales success. In conventional sales activities, the product is displayed in a gallery or a point of sales, and then the customer sees your product, tests and makes a decision to buy or not at the site. However, by virtual prototyping, during sales;

  • The customer evaluates the product at the design phase and makes a decision.
  • The product is not displayed in a gallery or showroom.
  • Customer can redesign the final product according to their own requirements.
  • The product can be presented through the web, and customer's preferences can be identified.

Marketing tools like brochures, movies, clips can be created.
